About Bridget Connelly:
Bridget Connelly's interest in movement began when she started dancing at the age of three. In 1998, she received her Bachelors of Fine Arts in dance from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. After moving to Miami, Bridget joined the Core Dynamics Pilates Teacher Training Program under the auspices of Kevin Bowen and his studio Pilates Miami. She taught at and managed Pilates Miami for three years.
During this time, Mr. Bowen was developing the Pilates Method Alliance, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the teachings of Joseph and Clara Pilates. Bridget was the first employee of the PMA and worked there for four years. In 2005, she moved to Paris where she taught Pilates for two years. She decided to settle down in Tucson (her hometown) and share her experience and love of Pilates. After working at the Pilates Experience for a year and a half, she is now the owner. She has always wanted a studio named Pilate-cally Correct, and now she does!

“I've worked with other Pilates instructors, but Bridget is unique in my experience in noticing and correcting my every little digression from correct form as I perform the exercises. I'm convinced that correct form is critical to getting the most from Pilates, this unique manner of exercise.”

"Pilates and Bridget helped me to walk, stand and stretch properly. I have balance issues and Bridget has enormous patience and understanding - she never made me feel small, even though at times I felt that way. Her personality is fun loving and it reflects in her studio and clients".
